Prez, Vice-Prez greets Parsi community

New Delhi, Aug 16 (PTI) President Pranab Mukherjee andVice President Hamid Ansari today led the nation in wishingthe Parsi community on their new year by recalling theircontribution in the nation’s presence. "The Parsi community of India has played a major role inthe building of our nation and contributed immensely todevelopment of our country in various spheres, includingindustry, commerce, trade and education. "The Navroz festival signifies the coming of the new andpassing of the old. Let us spread goodwill on this day andwork hard to make our nation united, secure and prosperous,"Mukherjee said.
