Parliament New Delhi, Aug 19 (PTI) The Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha(ABHM) has urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to reserve 5seats in Parliament for residents of Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir(PoK) on the lines of 24 seats reserved for them in the Jammuand Kashmir Assembly. In a letter to the Prime Minister, the Mahasabha presidentChandra Prakash Kaushik also demanded a high-level probe intothe allegations levelled by Army Chief Gen Dalbir Singhagainst Union minister and former army chief V K Singh andaction against the guilty. "The manner in which 24 seats have been reserved in theJammu and Kashmir Assembly for residents of PoK, five seatsshould be reserved for them in Indian Parliament also whichwill help strengthen India’s claim over PoK and providerepresentation to the residents in Indian Parliament," he saidin his letter to Modi. Kaushik and other Mahasabha leaders also demanded thatIndia should raise the issue of return of PoK to India at theUnited Nations, besides the issue of atrocities and humanrights violations in Balochistan. The right-wing outfit said that any talks with Pakistanshould be on its shunning terror and forcing it to stop itssupport to terrorists and infiltration into the country. PTISKCSC
