3 killed, over 24 pilgrims injured in bus-truck collision

Bulandshahr (UP), Aug31 (PTI) Three persons, including awoman, were killed and more than 24 injured when a truckcollided with a bus ferrying devotees early this morning atChola village here. The pilgrims were on their way to Goverdhan in Mathurafrom Haridwar. The incident occurred at Chola village, about15 km from here, Circle Officer Dharmendra Yadav said. The bus driver, Mukesh(40), and two passengers, Pappu(24)and Surajmukhi (32), were killed on the spot. Whereas,more than 24 people were admitted to the district hospitalhere, the CO added. The victims were from Mainpuri and Ferozabad districts ofUttar Pradesh, police said. PTI CORR ANB RTNSD
