25 trains were delayed, 6 rescheduled and 8 cancelled due to fog. The Northern India continue to get cold rushes of wind, with lowly temperature in most of the parts.
In the national capital, people still face severe chill due to the cold, while in Himachal Pradesh the thick layer of snow continues.
