Arnab is back and with a bang!

New Delhi: Arnab Goswami, one of the most direct, outspoken and versatile names in the journalism industry, is back with his all new news channel Republic TV.

Arnab launched his new channel Republic TV on Saturday,  6 May, 2017.

The news was confirmed on channel’s official social media account on Friday. “Arnab is back! Watch him on Republic TV from 10 am on Super Saturday,” read the announcement.

It will be the first Indian channel to air live on a digital platform, Hotstar. “We are confident of breaking the digital barrier and believe this is the first step as news produced in India goes digital and then global. We believe the coming together of these two exciting brands and services will take the news to the 90 million plus viewers on Hotstar every month,” Arnab said.

Republic TV will also be available free-of-cost on the following TV channels:

– TataSky: Channel no. 616
– Airtel Digital TV: Channel no. 376
– Videocon d2h: Channel no. 360
– DishTV: Channel no. 771

Arnab Goswami in his opening message vouched for the free and independent journalism.

“The game is just begun, today we are once again together,” Goswami said.
