When you have your father working with you, it definitely feels like home. So, is the same with Sonam Kapoor on the first film together with daddy dearest.
Producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s upcoming film features the father daughter duo Anil and Sonam Kapoor on-screen for the first time. Sonam recently posted a picture from the sets of the movie.
The movie, which is titled after Anil’s iconic song, ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ from the movie, ‘1942 A Love Story,’ is directed by Shelly Chopra Dhar. The shooting for the film reportedly began in Patiala.
The movie marks the directorial debut for Vidhi Vinod Chopra’s sister Shelly Chopra Dhar. The movie also goes on to cast television actress Madhu Malti as Anil Kapoor’s mother while Rajkummar Rao will feature opposite Sonam. The film marks Juhi Chawla’s comeback.
