Former Tata Power head, Anil Sardana, is joining Adani Transmission as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.

Adani group has recently entered the power distribution space with the acquisition of Mumbai GTD business. Sardana began his career with NTPC, followed by BSES and later Tata Group companies in power and infrastructure. At Tata Group, Sardana worked across verticals like generation, power systems design, power distribution and telecom.
An electrical engineering graduate from Delhi University, Sardana also holds a PGDM from All India Management Association.
