Starting today, Mumbai-Pune Expressway to be partially shut for 9 days

Date:

The Mumbai Pune Expressway, governed by the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC), will be partially shut between March 12 to March 20.

This is being done to remove the loose rocks and the boulders adjacent to the hills on the way to prevent any unfortunate incident due to landslides in the monsoon period between July to September.
