The Game of Thrones Season 8 kicked off to a great start on Sunday garnering a huge response from the GoT community. And as the Winter sets for the final time, the epic television series will come to an end with the end of this season on May 19.
What after that?

1. Narcos
While It is frustrating to see your favourite character die, it keeps you engaged in the plot while you can’t help but wonder ‘what now?’, this is the common thread between the two series.
Revolving around the life and journey of the Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar, Narcos is gripping, gory and beautiful at the same time and is all about unexpected deaths and sudden plot twists.
2. Frontier
Khal Drogo is what makes it relevant for the GoT fans. Daenerys Targaryen’s Dothraki husband who got killed pretty quickly and the fans were left asking for more.
Frontier, featuring Jason Momoa, will fill the void that Khal Drogo left for the GoT fans.
The plot of the Series follows Declan Harp, a half-Irish and half Cree native- Canadian outlaw who leads the campaign to breach the Hudson’s Bay Company’s monopoly on the fur trade in Canada.
3. The 100
If brutal and agonizing deaths of famous characters have interested you as a GoT fan, then ‘The 100’ might just be the thing for you.
Based on the post-nuclear apocalypse world, the American science fiction is loosely based on the novel series of the same name by Kass Morgan.
The out of the box plot has its season one which features human race return to Earth which is completely destroyed by nuclear war, after a 97-year exile in Space, only to discover that the human race never truly left.
4. Empire
If the constant power struggle between the strong characters is what interested you in GoT, then ‘Empire’ gives you the taste of the same vibe.
‘Empire’ is a story of the power struggles among a family dynasty which is populated with people who can do anything to claim the throne of their record label.
5. Queen of the South
GoT is widely appreciated for its strong and valiant female leads and if that bit of the series interests you, then ‘Queen of the South’ is a perfect binge watch for you!
