These are bell-shaped cups made of silicon or rubber and are steadily gaining popularity in the modern world. They have recently become popular due to improved design and soft silicone. They are also chemical-free, unlike tampons and pads and can be used multiple times.

The most comfortable alternative to sanitary napkins and have an extremely high absorbing capacity. It is light and does not feel bulky. They cause minimal harm to the environment as they are reusable.
