Another strike on Pak by team India and the result is same: Amit Shah on India’s victory

As India registered 89-run victory over Pakistan on Sunday in the ongoing cricket World Cup in England, Home Minister Amit Shah loud team India’s exceptional performance as he took it to twitter and wrote, “Another strike on Pakistan by team India and the result is the same.”

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also hailed the team for an ‘amazing game’.

Rohit Sharma’s superb 140 and Virat Kohli’s record-breaking innings of 77, let India put up a daunting total of 336 for the loss of five wickets from their 50 overs.

India, who have never lost a World Cup game to Pakistan, then produced an excellent effort in the field, with Vijay Shankar, Hardik Pandya and Kuldeep Yadav claiming two wickets apiece to reduce Pakistan to 212 for the loss of six wickets at the end of a rain-affected game.
