CBSE starts online pre-exam counselling sessions for Class 10 and 12

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started conducting free pre-exam counselling sessions on various platforms for students appearing for Class 10 and Class 12 board exams.

The counselling will continue up till March 30, 2020, which would be right ahead of the exams.

Programmes under psychological counselling

Interactive Voice Response Service (IVRS) is made free of cost at Toll-free number 1800 11 8004. The service was introduced last year by the CBSE.

Audio-Visual Content

CBSE has put the comprehensive audio-visual presentation under the title ‘Knowing Children Better’ at www.cbse.nic.in by clicking on the tab ‘Counselling’ and watch videos on a number of topics like Aggression, Internet Addiction Disorder, Depression, Exam Anxiety, Specific Learning Disability, Substance Use Disorder, Life Skills.
