Don’t believe this FAKE picture of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi

A picture of Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi is making rounds on social media. In the viral picture, Rahul Gandhi can be seen with an injury.

NewsMobile fact-checked the above picture and found it to be FAKE.

On putting the picture through Reverse Image Search on Russian search engine Yandex, we found the original picture in which Rahul Gandhi is not hurt.

On further investigation we found that the picture was taken by newswire PTI.

In the above FAKE vs REAL collage, it is clear that the original picture was flipped and manipulated using photo editing software.
