Janhvi Kapoor Buys A ₹ 39 Crore Apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu

Janhvi Kapoor reportedly purchased an apartment worth Rs 39 Crore in Juhu Vile Parle Scheme area, which is considered to be one of the most luxurious residential areas in Mumbai.

As per reports, Janhvi’s apartment is spread across three floors in Araya Building located in Juhu. She reportedly finalized the deal on December 7 and registered the apartment with the Department of Registration and Stamps on December 10. The actress paid a stamp duty of ₹ 78 lakhs, as per a report by Square Feat India.

Janhvi, daughter of late actress Sridevi and filmmaker Boney Kapoor, has been living with her father and sister Khushi Kapoor in Mumbai’s Lokhandwala. If the reports are true and she decides to move into this apartment, she will become a neighbour of prominent Bollywood personalities including Amitabh Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, her uncle Anil Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, among others.
