FACT CHECK

NewsMobile fact-checked the post and found the claim to be false and misleading.

We first checked the official CBSE website and found no such information there. Then we searched their social media handles but could not spot any such announcement made by them.

To verify the claim, we contacted the Controller of Examinations, Sanyam Bhardwaj, who confirmed that the claim is false.

“We have not made any announcement stating biometric attendance will be conducted during board examinations,” he said.
