A video, showing people with guns, shouting slogans and firing shots, is being shared on social media with a claim that members of terrorist organisation Jaish-e-Mohammed are celebrating victory of the Trinamool Congress in West Bengal assembly elections.
Facebook users are sharing the video with the caption,”*पश्चिम बंगाल मे ममता की जीत पर जैश ए मोहम्मद के हौसले हुए बुलंद. निकाला जुलुस.* *जेश ए मोहम्मद का आतंकी ठिकाना और उनके नारे सुनो इंडिया तेरी मौत आई। मोदी तेरी मौत आई। । हिंदुओं की मौत आई जैश आईं जैश आईं……ध्यान से देखो आतंकवाद का मजहब क्या है*#by_संस्कारी_बालक”

NewsMobile fact-checked the viral post and found the claim to be false.
We put the video through the InVid tool and extracted the keyframes.
A Reverse Image Search on the keyframes led us to a report by TV9 Telugu Digital dated December 2020.
“Terror camps at Pakistan’s Balakot active again, Jaish e Mohammad resumes training terrorists- TV9,” the video title read.
The same visuals were also present in a video report by WION. The video was titled, “Terror camps in Balakot, Pakistan reactivated | Camp to focus on anti-India activities | WION News.”
The description of the video read, “As per sources, terrorists are being trained at Balakot camps to carry out anti-India activities on Indian soil. Two brothers to Masood Azhar seen at reopening of camp.”
The same was also reported by Zee News in December 2020.
NewsMobile could not independently confirm the veracity of the video but the above information proves that the video is old and NOT related to West Bengal.
Hence, the viral claim is false.
