Firstly, we put the keyframes of the video through Reverse Image Search and found the same video in a bulletin by Zee Rajasthan published on June 12, 2021. As per the video, the incident took place on Badi Talab Road in Udaipur when some miscreants carrying a knife forcefully stopped a car and robbed a couple. The girl made a video of the whole incident.

The video mentioned that two of the four accused who robbed the couple at knifepoint in Udaipur have been arrested by the district special team. The accused, Lala Kalbelia and Rahul Meghwal, were arrested by the special team of Udaipur Police in the Kapasan forests in Chittorgarh district.
In conclusion, the information proves that the incident took place in Udaipur, Rajasthan, and not Saputara Highway in Gujarat. Hence, the claim is misleading.
