Recently, a video of an elderly man playing cricket has gone viral on social media platforms with a claim that the man is Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
A Facebook user shared the video with the caption, “Narendra Modi playing to cricket.”
The video is also doing rounds on Twitter with the same caption.

NewsMobile fact-checked the viral video and found it to be shared with a false claim.
On performing a Reverse Image Search, we found the viral video uploaded on Instagram by a user. In the comments, several people pointed out that man the man in the video is the former cricketer and Yuvraj Singh’s father, Yograj Singh.
We then checked Yograj Singh‘s Instagram account and found the video shared by him on March 14, 2022.
Yograj has shared several other videos of him playing cricket on his Instagram page.
Therefore, with the above information, the viral video is being shared with a false claim.
