Pune: In a recent development, Pune police confirmed on Monday that they have arrested a man and his aide in Gujarat, who has been named as a suspect in the murder of Punjabi Singer Sidhu Moosewala.
In a press conference Kulwant K Sarangal, Additional Director General of Police (ADG) said that the police is working and investigating different aspects including their links with Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang and involvement in the Sidhu Moosewala’s murder.
Police further added that the arrested men were produced in front of a court in Pune around midnight last night. The court has sent them to police remand till 20th June.
Police also said that one of the suspects was earlier wanted by the Pune police in connection with the brutal murder of criminal Onkar Bankhule in August 2021.
