Actor Taapsee Pannu on Monday shared the trailer of her upcoming film ‘Shabaash Mithu; The unheard story of women in blue’ on her Instagram.
The biopic on the former India women’s cricket team Mithali Raj will hit the screens on July 15ht, 2022. The film is directed by Srijit Mukherji.
This comes a few weeks after Mithali Raj announced her retirement from all forms of international cricket ending her 23 years of career.

The 2 minutes 44 seconds trailer shows the journey of a girl to be in the Indian Women’s Cricket team. It shows her sacrifices and obstacles to build her own identity with her game.
