Vigilance Bureau Arrests Former Punjab Minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu In Tender Allotment Scam

Ludhiana: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led government in Punjab arrested former Punjab Minister and Congress leader Bharat Bhushan Ashu on Monday.

The Vigilance Bureau under the Punjab government arrested the former Food and Supply Minister on charges of irregularities in the tender allotment scam.

With this, the Punjab government has arrested a second Congress minister on charges related to corruption.

Ravinder Pal Singh Sandhu, SSP Vigilance, confirmed the arrest of the former minister from a salon in Ludhiana.
