Arvind Kejriwal Responds To Anna Hazare’s Letter, Claims BJP Using Social Activist

Date:

New Delhi: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday claimed that Anna Hazare is being “used” by the BJP to target him.

Arvind Kejriwal while responding to the letter written by social activist Anna Hazare added that “They (BJP) have been saying there’s a scam in liquor policy but CBI said there’s no scam.”

He further added that BJP is now using Anna Hazare as a pretext to attack him. He further claimed that “This is common in politics.”

He further added that CBI completed all the investigation in connection with the case and were unable to find anything. He also claimed that Deputy CM Manish Sisodia was given an “Informal clean chit” by the probe agency.

Earlier today, Anna Hazare lashed out at Kejriwal in a letter and accused him of deviating from the ideology and ideals of the movement that led to the creation of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). He further raised questions against AAP’s liquor policy.
