Running a Reverse Image Search on the video keyframes, we found a YouTube video, dated January 30, 2022, on the official YouTube channel of Indian news agency ANI. The video, having a title: CM Yogi Adityanath pays floral tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on his death anniversary in Lucknow, informs that it was shot on the death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi — January 30, 2022.
The keyframes from 00:05 to 00:21 match exactly with the viral clip. After paying his tributes to Gandhi, Yogi can be seen sitting down for prayers towards the end of the video, as opposed to the viral claims.
Another 7-minute video tweeted by the CM’s office shows Yogi paying homage to the statue. The video further shows a choir of schoolchildren singing prayers and the CM sitting there at the event. Watching the video in the tweet, it is clear that the viral video has been clipped out from a longer version of the original video.

One of the photographs shows Yogi bowing down before Mahatma Gandhi’s statue.
