Wazirabad: Former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan was reportedly injured after an incident of firing took place ahead of his rally ‘real freedom’ at Zafar Ali Khan chowk on Thursday.

The PTI chairman has been taken to a Shaukat Khanum Hospital in Lahore. His condition is said to be stable.
Police have claimed to have nabbed the assailant. The man, identified as Faisal Butt, attempted to flee after being overwhelmed.
According to Geo TV reports quoted by PTI, Imran Khan sustained bullet injuries on his leg during firing on his container.
The report further added that PTI Senator Faisal Javed was injured following the attack on PTI’s camp.
Meanwhile, Senior Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders said that Imran Khan believes that the attack on him in which bullets were fired was carried out at the behest of three people including Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, country’s Interior Minister and a top ISI General and his remarks were based on information he had received.
