The content on the image translates to: ICC’s best eleven in the current World Cup Three Indian cricketers took place. Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav and Arshdeep Singh. Many many congratulations.

NewsMobile fact-checked the viral picture and found it to be misleading.
Running a Google Keyword Search to check the announced team and Indian players’ selection, we traced a news article, titled: Virat Kohli, two other India stars included in T20 World Cup Team of the Tournament, published online in The Hindustan Times, on November 14, 2022.
The article does suggest that three Indian players got selected for the team, but we came to know that the third player is Hardik Pandya, not Arshdeep Singh (apart from Kohli and Yadav), and he has been selected as the 12th man in the squad.
We also found an article on the official website of the ICC with a title: Team of the Tournament revealed for Men’s T20 World Cup 2022, published on November 14, 2022, announcing the 12-man squad. Here too, we could not find Arshdeep Singh in the list. The three Indians selected in the Team of the Tournament are Virat Kohli, Surya Kumar Yadav, and Hardik Pandya (12th man).
Therefore, we can conclusively say that the viral image, claiming Arshdeep Singh got selected in the ICC Team of the Tournament for T20 WC 2022, is misleading.
