According to a TOI report, dated December 26, 2022, a severe traffic jam was seen on the Manali highway after thousands of tourists flocked to the major tourist destinations in Himachal Pradesh. Putting the image through a Reverse Image Search, we found the same image uploaded by an Instagram user Yash Handa, dated January 27, 2022, geotagging to Manali. Recently, he also mentioned that the picture was clicked by him on January 2, 2022.
On searching further, we found a similar picture taken from a different angle on his profile on January 29, 2022.
Hence, from the above fact check, it is clear that the picture is old.
