On putting the picture through Reverse Image Search, we found the original image on the stock image website Alamy, which does not feature a portrait of BR Ambedkar in the background.
As per the details, the image was taken on February 15, 2007, with a caption: “Russian President Vladimir Putin holding a conference on economic issues in the Kremlin (From left to right, Sergei Ignatyev).”
