US Announces Reward for Arrest Of Russian National Tied To Try2Check Crime Group

Washington DC: United States is offering $10 million reward for any information leading up to the arrest of a Russian national Denis Gennadievich Kulkov allegedly connected to the Try2Check transnational crime group.

The US State Department in a release added that the government is “announcing a second reward offer of up to $1 million for information leading to the identification of any other key leaders of the Try2Check transnational organized crime group.”

Talking about ‘Try2Check’ crime group, the statement added “One of the most visible and popular credit card checking services in the cybercrime underworld is a platform called Try2Check. Try2Check offers its users the ability to quickly determine the validity of a stolen credit card number, either singly or in bulk.”

Since 2013, the Try2Check platform has facilitated tens of millions of dollars in losses through credit card fraud each year.
