New Delhi: In a shocking incident, a moneylender from Pune, Maharashtra, allegedly raped a woman as her husband could not repay a loan borrowed from the accused, according to the police.
The accused has been arrested by the police.
According to the police, the incident took place in February of this year. The accused reportedly threatened the woman’s husband with a knife before raping her in front of him.
Police further informed that the accused recorded a video of the act and posted it online. A case has been filed against the accused under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act.
