Performing a Reverse Image Search, our NM team identified a tweet, dated April 24, 2020, carrying the same viral video with a caption: “@mlkhattar @cmohry @anilvijminister @BhupinderSHooda @DeependerSHooda @dusy @News18Haryana @DC_Palwal @palwalpolice Sir, are they following the lockdown, have they respected women power, this is the real face of the police, justice will be done to this woman, this is the police of Uttavar police station”. Searching further, we found the same video uploaded on another Twitter account on April 24, 2020, with a caption: “@mlkhattar @Dchautala @HumanRightsJus3 sir this matter is of village Uttawar district Palwal you are requested to try to take strict action against this policeman this kind of behaviour can disturb peace this kind of behaviour towards women will not be tolerated at all”.
Though we could not ascertain the exact time and location of the viral video, it is evident from the above information that the video has been on Internet at least since 2020, and is unrelated to Nuh violence.
