Mumbai: In just 18 days since its release, ‘Jawan,’ starring Shah Rukh Khan, has stormed into the ₹500 crore club, breaking the record set by Sunny Deol’s ‘Gadar 2.’ Just a few weeks before, ‘Gadar 2’ had claimed the title of the fastest Hindi film to hit the ₹500 crore mark, but ‘Jawan’ has now rewritten box office history on Sunday.
While ‘Gadar 2’ took 24 days to achieve the ₹500 crore mark, the SRK starrer has accomplished it in a remarkable 18 days and shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to announce the remarkable success of “Jawan” at the box office.

Furthermore, according to Red Chillies Entertainment, ‘Jawan’ has surpassed the remarkable milestone of ₹950 crore in global earnings, with its total revenue reaching an impressive ₹953.97 crore as of Saturday.
