A video, claiming that the New Zealand government released an anthem that has 99 special names of Allah and sung in Abadala church, has gone viral on social media.
A Facebook user posted the viral post with a caption: The New Zealand government created an “anthem” that was set to music and sung in front of thousands of people in Abadala church. It has 99 special names of “Allah”.

NewsMobile fact-checked the viral post, and found it to be false.
Searching for such an anthem whether created by the New Zealand government or not, we could not find any credible result. Even there is no church by the name of Abadala in New Zealand.
Looking closely at the video, we noticed the text ‘Saraybosna Fatih Sultan Mehmet Korosu Konseri’ written in the bottom right corner. Running a Google Keyword Search for the same, we identified a Dailymotion video, titled: Saraybosna Fatih Sultan Mehmet Korosu Konseri — 2011-05-29, dated December 3, 2011, on the official channel of Turkish Radio and TV Corporation.
The video keyframes starting 4:56 till 8:30 match exactly with the viral clip and the description indicates that the event was organised on May 25, 2011.
We also came across a news article, titled: Fatih Sultan Mehmet Korosu gönülleri fethetti (English: Fatih Sultan Mehmet Choir conquered hearts), dated June 1, 2011, on the Turkish news website — Yeniasya. The article reported on the concert by Fatih Sultan Mehmet Choir on May 29 at the Hagia Eirene Museum in Istanbul, Turkey.
It further added that the choir was invited as a special guest of TRT Music and the group consists of children from three different nationalities (Bosniak, Croat and Serbian) living in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Similar reports can be seen on other Turkish news websites like Dunya Bulteni and Eksisozluk.
Therefore, we can conclusively say that the viral post, claiming the New Zealand government released an anthem that has 99 special names of Allah, is False.
