The security for the most anticipated match between India and Pakistan has been beefed up after the London attacks on Saturday. Although 208 km aways from the area where the incident happened, the UK intelligence have alerted the ICC of the possibility of an attack at Edgbaston.

The British security forces have however informed the PCB and BCCI to remain calm and assured them of top notch security from their side. Both the teams are playing their opening match for the ICC Champions Trophy.
