In his first reaction to the election results, Trump addressed the outcome in a post on his Truth Social account on Tuesday night.

“I wasn’t on the Ballot and if I was, we would have won IN A LANDSLIDE! Thank you for your attention to this matter,” he wrote.
The remarks came after Trump had posted on social media ahead of the announcement of results in several major races.
Meanwhile, Trump told The New York Times that he was “absolutely willing to accept” the election results, indicating his readiness to work with Democrats following the polls.
“We’ll work with the Democrats, and we’ll, you know, look forward to working with them. We’ll probably work something out,” he said.
The election results saw Democratic gains, with the emerging trend being described as a “Blue Wave” in Washington, drawing attention to the political implications of the midterm contests.
