Kozhikode, Aug 18 (PTI) A 27-year-old Air India passengerwas held after gold bars worth more than Rs 2.5 crore wereseized from his possession at Karipur airport here, officialssaid today. Acting on a tip-off, a team of DRI officials checked thebaggage of Thaslim, a passenger from Bahrain, and seized thegold bars weighing 6.4 kgs. The bars were found concealed inside the computer UPS ofThaslim, a native of Kavil in the district, the DRI officialssaid. Thaslim was taken into custody for questioning, theysaid. PTI KV RCMRJMVV
