Benedict Cumberbatch is all set to marry his pregnant fiancée Sophie Hunter on Saturday, in a super-secret wedding, which will be attended only by close friends and family.
The 38-year-old Sherlock actor and theatre director Hunter, 36, will reportedly marry at a stunning period property in the South of England on the day of love.
His Imitation Game co-star Keira Knightley is said to be attending while his ‘Watson’, Martin Freeman, will be best man.Â
Last month Cumberbatch and Hunter revealed they are expecting their first child.Â
The wedding comes only three months after their engagement was announced in Forthcoming Marriages section of The Times newspaper on November 5, a thing the Oscar-nominated actor said he would have done if he was not famous.Â
The announcement read: “Mr B.T. Cumberbatch and Miss S.I. Hunter: The engagement is announced between Benedict, son of Wanda and Timothy Cumberbatch of London, and Sophie, daughter of Katharine Hunter of Edinburgh and Charles Hunter of London.”
According to a leading daily, the couple instead of sending out paper invitations, have chosen to email the invitations, and they want to be married before the baby arrives.
