Army jawan killed in firing along LoC in Rajouri

Jammu, Aug 30 (PTI) An Army jawan was killed in firingfrom across the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri district inJammu and Kashmir tonight. During patrolling, troops found suspected movement alongLoC in Subderbani sector in the district, a senior armyofficer said. There was firing on the troops in which Jawan RajinderSingh received four bullets and was martyred, he said, adding,the troops retaliated. "We cannot say whether it were militants or Pak troopsinvolved in the firing. Further details are awaited," he said.PTI AB RCB SKRCB
