Cuemath raises $15 mn from CapitalG, Sequoia India

Mumbai: Maths learning startup Cuemath has raised $15 million in its Series B round of funding from CapitalG and Sequoia India.

Cuemath is an after-school math excellence program for children in KG to grade VIII and is offered through home-based centers.

“We are happy to be supporting Cuemath on the quest of transforming the way math is experienced by children across the globe,” Kaushik Anand, CapitalG’s Head of India Investments said.

Founded in 2013, Cuemath now has over 2,000 centers educating more than 10,000 students across the country. YourNest invests in defence IoT startup CRON Systems

Mumbai, Jan 23 (PTI) Defence IoT startup CRON Systems, today announced that it has raised an undisclosed pre-series A funding from early stage investor, YourNest.

CRON is focused on deploying cutting edge solutions for border security, some of which have also been adapted for commercial markets.

The fund infusion will help it strengthen R&D, hire talent and explore new markets across Middle East, Africa and Europe, CRON said in a statement here.
