October teaser landed on a sunny February morning and the teaser makes us feel so joyful. The teaser did not include Varun Dhawan or the films debut female actor Banita Sandhu or its talented director Shoojit Sircar but Avik Mkhopadhayay’s incredibly beautiful cinematography has reminded us of the old Hindi film romance.
The way light is captured as it peeps through trees, falls on faces and creates a mood will stay with you long after you have watched the teaser.
Once you have seen the play of light and shadows, you are caught by the melancholia of the moment. No dialogues are spoken and none needed. The film seems like a love story.

While not a lot is known about the film, sources close to the project said that it’s a story about a young man falling in love with a woman coping with a serious illness, narrated through multiple accounts of their common friends.

Produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Shoojit Sircar, the film is set to open in theatres on April 12.
