On Thursday, Miss World Manushi was announced as the brand ambassador for a popular jewellery brand and this is Manushi’s first endorsement deal after being crowned Miss World 2017.
When the 21-year-old beauty queen was asked about being compared to the brand’s other face Kareena Kapoor Khan, Manushi said that as someone who is living up to a lot of expectations, she didn’t feel scared about being compared to a successful film star like Kareena Kapoor Khan. She also said that it was more a matter of excitement than nervousness.
Even before winning the Miss World title, Manushi has been associated with social causes and has launched her own project named ‘Shakti’. Talking about the same she said that since she has come from a different background and was a student, she understands the importance of education. She further went on to say that to give this gift to others is something very great. Manushi who hails from Haryana is the sixth Indian to win this coveted crown.
The beauty queen is currently travelling across cities both in India and abroad to spread awareness about women’s hygiene under the ‘Beauty with purpose’ campaign.
Kareena and Manushi will endorse a different line of the same jewellery brand. While talking about her journey as Miss World, Manushi says she just hopes that her successful journey continues and added that her life is changed ever since she won the prestigious Miss World title.
