Next time, you want Alexa to play a song for you, be careful as some of the Hindi lyrics may come across as derogatory.

One Twitter user @vividbharti requested Alexa to play the song ‘Abhi Na Jao Choddh Kar’ by singer Mohammad Rafi, and as Alexa performs every function on command, so did it do this time as well. However, while announcing the track before playing, the word ‘Ch***h’ caught attention for being a curse word.

It received a very funny response from other Twitteratis who stumbled upon the lyrics.

Here are some of the responses that were found on the user’s Twitter handle.

Although the meaning of the term used in the song refers to leaving, the device misunderstood the word that got translated to f**k.

The same word has been used in many other Hindi songs and when Rohit, the Twitter user searched on the application, he found all the songs with the term Choddh changed to Ch***h.

After Choddh another term was found on Amazon ‘Saala’.

Some other Twitter users confirmed the discovery and had a good laugh around it.
