FACT CHECK

NewsMobile fact-checked the above video and found that the claim attached to it is FAKE.

When we extracted the keyframes from the video through the InVid tool and put them through Reverse Image Search, we found the video in question on YouTube, posted on March 10, 2019.

The title of the video read: कुम्भ मेला का समापन देख लो नज़ारा एक साथ कितने साधु संत ये ही तो भारतीय धरोहर है ! (Translation: Kumbh Mela is ending, see how many sage saints together, this is the Indian heritage.)

We found the same video uploaded by another user on YouTube on March 3, 2019. The description of the video read-‘Maha shiv ratri’

Further, we came across a Facebook post dated March 11, 2019, which featured the same video. The caption with the video read: “Kumbh Mela Naga sadhu”

NewsMobile independently could not verify the origin of the video but the above information proves that the video does not show visuals of the ongoing Kumbh Mela since the video was in circulation on the internet since 2019.
