Performing a Reverse Image Search of the viral image, we found a 2015 article on the etc.worldhistory.org website published by Osama S. M. Amin, an Iraqi neurologist and historian. The carving shown in the viral image is known as the “Relief of Tardunni” or “Belula Pass Rock Relief,” according to the article. It lies near the Iraqi city of Sulaymaniyah. This rock carving represents the armed ruler/king Tardunni (Lisir Pirini), son of Ikki (Ikkid Samad), who existed in this region around 4,000 years ago, based on Akkadian inscriptions.
Archaeologists believe that the depictions of individuals kneeling in front of Tardunni show the vanquished Hurrian troops. Osama S. M. Amin’s YouTube video of this rock relief may be seen here.
Moreover, we could not find any credible media report or article about the rock sculpture resembling Lord Rama and Hanuman in these sculptures. Therefore, the viral claim is false.
