On digging further, we found the full speech of Rahul Gandhi on the official YouTube handle of Sansad TV.
At the 35:09 minute of timestamp, he can be heard saying: “Ravana used to listen to only two people, Meghnath and Kumbhakaran. Similarly, Modi ji listens to two people, Amit Shah and Adani.”
He further added: “Brothers and sisters, Lanka was not burnt by Hanuman; the arrogance of Ravana burned Lanka; Ram did not kill Ravana; his arrogance killed him.”
Therefore, we can conclusively say that the speech of Rahul Gandhi was doctored and the allegations are baseless.
