Many users claim that the picture is from the ongoing protest site, mocking the anchors for trying to spread Modi’s propaganda to the farmers’ leader.
A Facebook user posted the viral post with the following caption: साहब की अप्सरा #मेनका और #उर्वशी अपनी सुंदरता से एक किसान नेता को बहकाने के प्रयास में😝😝😂 (English translation: Sir’s Apsara #Menka and #Urvashi in an attempt to seduce a farmer leader with their beauty😝😝😂)

NewsMobile fact-checked the viral post, and found it to be MISLEADING.
Searching through various keywords, the NM team identified a YouTube video on the official channel of Aaj Tak, dated February 15, 2021, with a title: Farmers Protest को संजीवनी देने वाले आंसू डर के थे या हताशा के? Rakesh Tikait से सुनिए जवाब. Both Chitra Tripathi and Anjana Kashyap are seen taking Tikait’s interview on a tractor during the protest march in Delhi in 2021.
We also came across another YouTube video on the official channel of Aaj Tak HD on the same day as above. Here too, we can see the two anchors taking Tikait’s interview on a tractor. The attire of all the people matches with the viral picture as well, confirming that the latter has been online since 2021.
Therefore, we can conclusively say that the viral post, claiming to show Chitra Tripathi And Anjana Om Kashyap taking interview of Rakesh Tikait on a tractor from the ongoing farmers’ protest site, is misleading.
