Inspiration Behind ’12th Fail’ IPS Manoj Kumar Sharma Promoted To Inspector General (IG)

New Delhi: IPS The man behind “12th Fail,” Manoj Kumar Sharma, has been elevated from Deputy Inspector General (DIG) to Inspector General (IG) in the Maharashtra Police.

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) approved the promotions of IPS officers from the 2003, 2004 and 2005 batches, which led to DIG Sharma’s career advancement.

The film ’12th Fail’ recently depicted the inspirational life narrative of Mr. Sharma. He announced the news of his advancement on social media. In addition to sharing the wonderful news with his followers, he thought back on his life-changing experience with the Indian Police Service (IPS).

In a post on ‘X’ he mentioned “The journey that started from ASP has reached today to become IG by the order of the Government of India. Heartfelt gratitude to everyone for supporting me in this long journey”.

Social media users showered him with congratulations, praising his accomplishment and describing it as an incredibly inspirational tale. Someone wrote, “Manoj Sir, congratulations. Your tale greatly moved us; you are deserving of this.” Another person said, “Congratulations!” For the younger generation, you truly are an inspiration. A third person commented that honest and forthright cops like you are what this country needs.

You are and will always be an inspiration to everyone, stated a fourth person. He added that they had all learned from their experience that discipline, hard effort, devotion, and determination are the keys to success. The film “12th Fail” shows Mr. Sharma’s story of perseverance and tenacity, detailing his journey from scholastic disappointments to financial hardships to becoming an IPS officer. His latest Instagram promotion is a source of inspiration for many people who want to accomplish great things despite obstacles.
