Popular YouTuber ‘Angry Rantman’ Abhradeep Saha Passes Away At 27

Bengaluru: Abhradeep Saha, widely known as ‘Angry Rantman’ on YouTube, passed away at the age of 27 on Wednesday. Saha, a prominent social media influencer known for his unique commentary style on football, cricket, and other sports, had been battling serious health complications and was undergoing treatment at Narayana Cardiac Hospital in Bengaluru.

According to reports, Saha was admitted to the hospital and underwent open-heart surgery due to severe health issues. Unfortunately, he suffered multiple organ failures post-surgery and was subsequently placed on life support. Despite efforts, his condition deteriorated, leading to his untimely demise.

A heartfelt post shared on Saha’s Facebook confirmed the tragic news, stating, “With profound grief and sorrow, we hereby declare the sad and untimely demise of Abhradeep Saha AKA #AngryRantman today at 10:18 hrs IST.He touched the lives of millions with his Honesty, humour and unwavering spirit. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.”

The passionate Chelsea supporter gained immense popularity with his ‘no passion, no vision’ rant on the Premier League club in 2017. His unique commentary videos, characterized by a minimalist video setting, logical arguments, and a distinct passionate vocal tone, resonated with sports enthusiasts.

Saha’s unexpected demise has been mourned by numerous fan clubs and sports organizations, with Bengaluru FC expressing their condolences, “The BFC family is saddened to learn about the passing of #IndianFootball faithful Abhradeep Saha. A West Block Blue through and through, Abhradeep’s love for the game knew no bounds and the passion in his rants will be missed. Rest in peace. #WeAreBFC #ForeverBlue”

Kerala Blasters also paid tribute, “Today, we mourn the loss of one of the most enthusiastic and passionate voices in Indian football. We will dearly miss his memorable rants and love for the beautiful game.”

The Bharat Army, Indian cricket team’s largest fan club, remembered Saha, “Thank you for everything, Angry Rantman – may your soul rest in peace!🙏 A true sports fan like no other.#AngryRantman #RIP #BharatArmy”
