Karnataka Congress MLA Anand Singh was hospitalised after being hit on the head with a bottle by colleague JN Ganesh at the resort, NDTV reported quoting local media.
Speaking on the matter, Deputy Chief Minister G Parameshwara said he does not have any information of Anand Singh being hospitalised. “Anand Singh is in hospital according to media. I don’t have info. If he has gone I’ll get details,” he said.

“I tried to talk to DK Shivakumar to ask what happened. I couldn’t get him,” he added.
Meanwhile, senior Congress leader DK Shivakumar rubbished reports of a brawl between the two leaders.
“There is no fight. You saw all of them coming together, going together. It is fake news. Entire Congress party is united. I’m confident that even those who couldn’t attend CLP will come to Congress,” he said.
