Date:

Self-styled godwoman, Radhe Maa alias Sukhwindar Kaur, who has been in controversy for her alleged involvement in a dowry harassment case, has now revealed that she once wanted to commit suicide when she was summoned by the police.

In an interview to Mid-Day she said that she was shocked to know that she was called by the police following a complaint lodged by TV actress Dolly Bindra and thought of committing suicide but later realized that she should face the situation instead of trying to escape from it. Dolly Bindra had filed a complaint against Radhe Maa alleging that the godwoman asked her to have sex with one of her followers She also said that she tried to help her but Bindra always screamed in between her programmes, used foul language and also wanted to take everything Radhe Maa’s followers had to offer.

When asked about her fascination with the red dresses that she always wears, she said that she loves red color and even her bed sheets are red. Clearing the air over her appearance in reality show ‘Bigg Boss’, Radhe Maa said no one has ever approached her for the show and she is not even interested in appearing on any reality shows.

Radhe Maa is currently facing accusations in a dowry harassment case filed by a Mumbai housewife. Mumbai Police had filed the case against the godwoman on August 5 for allegedly instigating the in-laws of the 32-year-old woman, to harass her for dowry. The case was filed after a Borivali magistrate asked the police to probe the charges levelled by the woman.
