Heavy rain in Bharatpur, Jaipur divisions in Rajasthan

Jaipur, Aug 18 (PTI) Several areas in Rajasthan receivedrains since yesterday with heavy showers lashing Bharatpur andJaipur divisions. Light to moderate rains occurred at isolated places inBikaner division, while the weather remained dry in the restof the state. Kathumar in Alwar recorded the maximum of 14 cm rains,followed by Nagar in Bharatpur which received 12 cm rains. Several other places in the state received below 11 cmrains since yesterday till this morning. Bikaner, Kota, Jaipur and Churu received 20.6 mm, 5 mm,2.4 mm and 1 mm rains respectively since the morning tillevening. The MeT Department has issued a heavy rainfall warning atisolated places of the eastern parts of the state tomorrow.PTI SDA RC ZMNRC
